Time To Shrug (TTS) is seeking one or more equity partners. No cash investment will be required, but a good
deal of sweat equity will. Partners will
receive founders stock. TTS is a for-profit
organization.
A partner will be a long-term and un-compromising Objectivist. No “yes, but” people should apply. They should be a business or professional person
with a good deal of experience in their field.
Having worked for or with Vistage or Young
Presidents Organization (YPO) will be a tremendous plus.
Strong knowledge of these two organizations and their business models would suffice
without direct employment or membership.
Other similar organizations with models similar to Vistage or YPO
would be considered.
Additional background and expertise could include capital formation
and finance, sales and marketing, public speaking and legal work within the financial
markets.
The activities of new and current partners would consist of but not
limited to the following in order of importance:
Help raise money. We
are a for-profit so investments from others would take the form of stock and not be
considered donations.
Help continue writing the financial and narrative business plan to
be presented to investors.
Help continue writing the seminar workbooks. These workbooks with be the study guide for the
field nationwide membership. They will be a
step-by-step guide on good and effective ways to shrug – to become much more of an
activist Objectivist.
Help develop the field outline for
city-by-city rollout for seminar leaders.
Help develop the field outline for
city-by-city rollout for the full membership.
Be prepared to be a board member and
possible C-Level executive.
