If you saw Atlas, the giant who holds the world on his shoulders, if you saw that he stood, blood running down his chest, his knees buckling, his arms trembling but still trying to hold the world aloft with the last of his strength, and the greater the effort the heavier the world bore down upon his shoulders, what would you tell him to do? I don't know. What could he do? What would you tell him? To shrug. Francisco D'Anconia The majority of the voters and citizens of the United States believe they are entitled to free lunch. It is time for the rest of us to quit picking up the tab. Let them know that their cafeteria is closed. Cameron Craig Our Organization We are an organization dedicated to exploring ways and means to shrug as depicted in Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand but in the real world today. Our goal is to change the entitlement and crony culture in modern America to one steeped in Objectivist philosophy. We are developing a complete guide on moral actions in today’s world that will
further the Objectivist agenda and not aid the growth of the entitlement and crony
mentalities. |
